We call you back personally, usually within one business day. There is no call center and no handoff to a different representative each time you follow up.

The first conversation is a review, not a pitch. If you have current policies, send over the declarations pages beforehand and we will read them ahead of the call — that is where the gaps usually show up, and it makes the conversation concrete rather than hypothetical.

If a quote makes sense you will get one in writing, with the coverage differences explained line by line rather than reduced to a single premium number. If your current coverage is already the better deal, we will tell you that too.

The agency is at 8170 Old Carriage Ct Ste 200, Shakopee, MN 55379, right near Shakopee Crossroads where Highway 169 meets Highway 21 — across from Sam's Club and next to Texas Roadhouse. There is parking directly outside the building.

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, though calling ahead means we can have your file open when you arrive. The office serves clients across Scott County and the southwest metro, and most reviews can be handled by phone or email if driving to Shakopee is not convenient.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Messages left outside those hours are returned the next business day.
